A verification badge reflects a point in time. Where re-verification applies, we track it — a badge is never treated as a lifetime guarantee.
Editorial independence
Verification and editorial decisions are kept separate from commercial relationships. Payment does not determine ranking.
One canonical record
People, properties, and professionals each have a single canonical record on The Block Market, reducing the duplicate and stale listings common elsewhere.
What we do not claim
The Block Market verifies identity, licenses, and business information where that process has been completed — it does not guarantee a transaction outcome or replace independent due diligence.
