Put your property in front of buyers who are already searching. Every listing is reviewed by The Block Market before it goes live — that review is why buyers trust what they find here.
You'll need an account first — your listing saves as a draft so you can finish it whenever you like.
If you own the property
A Member account is all you need. You stay a Member — listing a property doesn't turn you into a professional or change your account.
If you're a real estate professional
Sign in to your Professional account. You'll be asked whether you own the property or are listing it for a client — we never assume.
How it works
- Add your property details and photos. Save a draft any time.
- Submit it for review. TBM checks the listing and may ask for changes.
- Once approved, pay the ₱499 annual listing fee for that property.
- Your listing publishes for 12 months.
The ₱499 fee covers one specific listing for one year. It is not a membership, and it does not cover your other properties.
